Celebrating Irish song, dance, food, and drink over the long Labor Day weekend… Raglan Road’s Great Irish Hooley boutique music festival offers the best Irish music this side of the Atlantic.
What’s a “Hooley?” you may be asking yourself. It’s a Gaelic term for a lively party with music, entertainment and fun for the whole family. In keeping with tradition, we’ve once again teamed up with a local craft brewery this year 81Bay Brewing Company in Tampa to create Booo! – Pumpkin Cream Ale. Inspired by the smooth character of an Irish Cream Ale, it’s our Irish twist on America’s favorite fall beer creating a unique pumpkin flavored cream ale. After all, Halloween began in Ireland!
Guests can also enjoy our specialty Hooley cocktails and creative new bites whipped up by Raglan Road’s outstanding culinary team. There’s no cover charge to join the Hooley fun, which begins Friday afternoon, Sept. 04, and continues through late-night Monday, Labor Day. Reservations are recommended.
In addition to the pub’s All-Day Menu, the delicious Rollicking Raglan Brunch will be served throughout the weekend from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m. The Raglan Road Irish Dancers will showcase their fancy footwork throughout the event. Don’t miss our own show choreographer, Cian O’Flynn, as he leads guests at our Ceili (Kay-lee).
This year’s line-up includes leading bands – The Consequences, Folk Division, Plain Sailin, Men of Aran, Adam Sheahan, Northern Crossing and the Raglan Road Irish Dancers.
The consequences
The Consequences are a new American-based band making waves with their tight arrangements and relentless groove. Each award-winning seasoned musicians, come together to create a dynamic and enthralling sound with a combination of traditional and original tunes. Irish Traditional music that'll knock your socks off.
FOLK DIVISION
A vibrant group of young singers and multi-instrumentalists from Galway, in the heart of the West of Ireland. The group features Aaron Killilea (guitar/vocals), Chloe Reilly (vocals) and Mary Duggan (fiddle/keys/vocals). They blend the timelessness of traditional Irish music with fresh, contemporary arrangements, offering audiences a unique experience. Their performances are marked by musicality, authenticity, and a shared enthusiasm that resonates with listeners of all ages.
pLAIN SAILIN
A dynamic four-piece Irish trad/folk band from Clare and Offaly featuring Ronan O’Connell (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Seamus Kinsella (Fiddle), Darragh Cuddihy (Percussion, Vocals) and Colm Slattery (Accordion). Blending traditional Irish tunes with contemporary genres and a signature Irish twist, this talented group creates a vibrant, crowd-pleasing experience rooted in the spirit of Ireland.

These two legends of the Irish traditional music world, Colin Farrell (fiddle & whistles) and Dave Curley (banjo & vocals) have toured, performed, and recorded with numerous traditional Irish music luminaries.
They are gifted entertainers and masters of their craft charming Raglan Road audiences with a potent mix of sublime musicianship, electric energy, and a tremendous live performance
ADAM SHEAHAN
A gifted Irish folk and traditional singer-guitarist whose heartfelt performances and engaging storytelling capture the true spirit of Ireland. Having performed on stages around the world, Adam brings authentic Irish music to life with a rich voice, dynamic guitar playing, and timeless songs that audiences of all ages will enjoy.
Northern crossing
A fresh and exciting traditional Irish music ensemble from Glasgow and Belfast featuring Hannah McNeill (fiddle, vocals, banjo & mandolin) and Niall McIlroy (guitar, whistles, flute & vocals). Both are highly accomplished musicians and no strangers to Raglan Road bringing a wealth of musical talent and experience making for a vibrant and exciting live show of music and song.

The Great Irish Ceili
Cian O’Flynn - our show choreographer, and the Raglan Road Irish Dancers will lead guests through Ceili (KAY-lee) dances during the Great Irish Hooley. The Ceili step dances, date back to the Celts and Druids who inhabited Ireland in the 1500s, are usually a main event of local celebrations in Irish and Celtic communities. Cian will call the steps as our dance troupe invites guests to dance along. So wear your dancing shoes and come join the Ceili fun!
